George W. Latimer, Judge:

Accused was charged with two specifications of wrongfully selling instruments purporting to be official pass forms in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 728.. He pleaded guilty to both specifications and was sentenced by a special court-martial to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for six months, and forfeitures of $57.20 per month during that period of confinement.
