Defendant appeals from the trial court’s order denying his Civ.R. 60(B) motion for relief from judgment. The relevant facts follow.

In August 1989, plaintiff filed a complaint in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas against defendants Colwell Financial Corporation (“Colwell”); John Fulton, Vice President of the corporation; and Raymond Pittock, appellant herein.
