BELL, Chief Judge.

The issue that this attorney grievance matter presents is whether a respondent who has been sanctioned in disciplinary proceedings in one state may collaterally attack the factual findings made in those proceedings by way of his or her defense in reciprocal discipline proceedings instituted in this state.
