Plaintiff appeals from portions of an interlocutory decree of divorce granted to her upon the grounds of (1) extreme cruelty and (2) habitual intemperance.

Questions: First: Was there substantial evidence to sustain the findings of the trial court reading as follows:

“7. That it is true that plaintiff owns and possesses as her separate property jewelry consisting of diamonds, rubies, rings, and bracelets, acquired by plaintiff as gifts from defendant Lindsay Coleman Howard during the marriage of the parties, of great value, to wit:
