The defendant administrator1 of the Unemployment Compensation Act, General Statutes § 31-222 et seq., appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court sustaining the plaintiffs2 appeal from the determination by the employment security board of review (board) that because the plaintiff had engaged in wilful misconduct, he was not entitled to unemployment compensation benefits.
