Stephanie Stahl brought this action against Sun Microsystems, Inc. (Sun), alleging that Sun breached its employment contract with her, breached an express covenant of good faith and fair dealing, interfered with her business opportunities in violation of public policy, breached promises to her upon which she had relied, and discriminated against her on the basis of sex in violation of 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
