Plaintiff-Appellant Diane D. Dick sued her employer, Defendant-Appellee Phone Directories Company, Inc. (“PDC”), alleging hostile work environment same-sex discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The District Court granted summary judgment in favor of PDC on all claims, reasoning that Ms. Dick was not discriminated against “because of sex” and that she had not suffered an adverse employment action.
