1. This is an action in replevin brought in the county court of Craig county by the plaintiff in error against the defendants in error for the recovery of certain personal property, said, action having been commenced by filing an affidavit in replevin, and at the same time a replevin bond was given and approved and a replevin summons issued and service of the same accepted by H. E.- Ridenhour, as sheriff of Craig county.
