Appellant entered mixed pleas to two specifications under Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 934 (2000), before a military judge sitting as a general court-martial. He pled guilty to receipt of child pornography but contested a separate specification alleging wrongful possession of child pornography. He was ultimately convicted of both offenses.
