{¶ 1} These consolidated cases are original actions in mandamus. In case No. 05AP-566, relator, RMS of Ohio, Inc., has requested a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order awarding respondent, Laurie L. Smith, temporary total disability ("TTD") compensation beginning August 24, 2004, and to enter a new order denying said compensation. In case No. 05AP-785, relator, Laurie L.
