VALLÉE, J.

Plaintiff brought this action against Finer-man & Sons and George Finerman for damages for breach of contract for the sale of barley. The cause was tried by a jury which returned a verdict for plaintiff. Finerman & Sons and George Finerman appeal separately from the resulting judgment.

Plaintiff is a corporation. Newton House is its owner, president, and general manager. All transactions on behalf of the corporation were handled by House and by P. 0. Palmer who was employed by House as a buyer and seller of grain and was authorized by him to sign purchase contracts. Defendant…
