The Commission on Judicial Qualifications (Commission) has recommended that we remove Fred S. Ackel from his position as Justice of the Peace, Tempe Precinct, Maricopa County, for violating Canons 1 and 2(A) of the Code of Judicial Conduct and Arizona Constitution article 6.1, section 4.1 We have jurisdiction pursuant to Rule *3615, Rules of Procedure for the Commission on Judicial Qualifications, 17A A.R.S.
