This case is before us on a writ of certiorari for review of the appointment of a physician by the Honorable Howard V. Peterson, Judge of the Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, pursuant to Rule 35(a), Rules of Civil Procedure, 16 A.R.S., for a physical examination of the petitioner Daphene M. Martin.
