Plaintiff Shenika Johnson has brought this suit against her former employer, Wilkes Artis, alleging that its termination of her employment violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq. (“ADA”), the federal Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2601, et seq., (“FMLA”), the District of Columbia Family and Medical Leave Act, D.C.Code § 32-501 (“DCFMLA”), and the District of Columbia Human Rights Act, D.C.Code § 2-1402.01, et seq., (“DCHRA”). 1 Defendant has moved to dismiss the complaint.
