The two issues in this appeal are:(1) Was the plaintiff-appellant acting- as a “real estate broker” within the meaning of sec. 136.01 (2), Stats., when it attempted to sell the defendant-respondent’s radio station?(2) If it was, does the statutory requirement that an out-of-state real estate broker be required to have a Wisconsin real estate broker’s or salesman’s license as a prerequisite to a- sale and action for a commission constitute an unlawful burden upon interstate commerce?
