The sole, question presented in this appeal is the validity of clauses in insurance policies purporting to limit the liability of the insurance companies in the event “the death of the insured was caused by the beneficiary.

Carnell Fry, husband of Maggie L. Fry, brought two actions in the district court of Bryan county upon two life insurance policies, one issued by National Aid Life Association to Maggie Fry for $500, in which Carnell Fry was beneficiary, and one issued by National Aid Life Insurance Company to Maggie L.
