1Opinion of the CourtDayison, J.
J. O. Gray, a former employee of the Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company, suffered a partial loss of hearing in both of his ears due to a condition described as occupational neuritis affecting the nerves of the cochlea. The condition is said to have been caused by exposure to noise and the jarring of a steam turbine while he was working for the company at its power plant at Byng, Okla. He worked there from some time in the year 1923 until August of 1931.
