This is a suit on an attachment bond. The suit proceeded, and judgment was rendered -against one of the sureties on the bond. The cause comes here on a transcript of the record, and this court can examine only such errors as may appear upon the face of the record proper. It is asserted that the petition does not .state facts constituting a cause of action. . . . ■ ■.
