The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility filed a petition for disciplinary action against respondent Dale Allen Hansen, alleging that Hansen committed misconduct by improperly communicating with an unrepresented person, violating trust account requirements, and failing to cooperate with the Director’s investigations while on disciplinary probation. Upon the Director’s motion, we deemed the allegations in the petition admitted when Hansen did not file an answer to the petition. The only issue before us, therefore, is the appropriate discipline.
