This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court dismissing the plaintiffs’ appeal from the granting of an application for an inland wetlands permit for a proposed subdivision to the defendant Red Hill Development Corporation et al. by the defendant Glastonbury Conservation Commission (commission).1 The plaintiffs are the Red Hill Coalition, Inc.
