These separate appeals arise out of the decision of the named defendant, the planning and zoning commission of the town of Greenwich (commission), to deny two related applications of the original plaintiffs in this action, Quarry Knoll II Corporation (Knoll) and Quarry Ridge Greenwich, LLC (Ridge), for the construction of an affordable housing development in Greenwich.1 The remaining defendants, Mark G.
