Robert E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

A general court-martial convicted the accused of a violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934, and sentenced him to dismissal, total forfeiture of pay and allowances, and confinement at hard labor for one and one-half years. Intermediate appellate authorities affirmed the findings of guilty and the sentence. We granted review.
