ROBERT E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

The accused, a captain in the United States Air Force, was convicted by general court-martial at Wiesbaden, Germany, and Rome, Italy, of fraudulently converting $79,837.67, property of the United States entrusted to him as Special Disbursing Agent of the Treasury Department of the United States, in violation of Article of War 96, 10 USC § 1568. He was sentenced to dismissal, total forfeitures, confinement at hard labor for seven years and a fine of $10,000, or further confinement until the fine is paid, but not exceeding two more years.
