Plaintiff, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), brings this action against Defendants Richard F. Syron, Patricia L. Cook, and Donald J. Bisenius (collectively, “Defendants”), former senior executives of the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“Freddie Mac”), for violations of anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws.
