The Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) brings this action for violations of the Securities Act of 1933 (“Securities Act”), the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”), .and the rules promulgated .thereunder, against New York Global Group (“NYGG”), a New York-based company, and several individual defendants.
