Plaintiff Oded Ben-Joseph has brought suit against defendants Mt. Airy Auto Transporters, LLC (“Mt. Airy”), Brian Rogers, and Superior Auto Service, Inc. (“Superior”) jointly and severally for injuries he sustained as a result of an automobile accident involving a Lincoln Town Car and a tractor-trailer truck (the “truck”) owned by Mt. Airy. (Compl.lffl 1-15.) Plaintiff alleges that Mt. Airy’s truck struck the Lincoln Town Car, in which plaintiff was a passenger, after negligently running a red light after the truck’s brakes failed.
