These actions arise from disputes surrounding franchise agreements. In the first action, Plaintiff The Cleaning Authority (“TCA”) brings several claims against Defendants Joanna Neubert and Frederick Neubert (collectively the “Neuberts”) and/or Defendant Ashley N. Vanhook (“Vanhook”). 1 In the second action, TCA brings many of the same claims against Defendants M.
