Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment denying recovery of damages for personal injuries. Twelve-year-old Germaine Perbost is joined as coplaintiff by her guardian ad litem.

At the time of the injury Germaine was attending respondents’ private school. Ingress to and egress from its premises was along a narrow paved walk elevated about 2 feet above and parallel to a driveway. Students used the driveway and the walk in going to and from classes and the school dormitory.
