FLETCHER, Judge:

The appellant was tried by general court-martial in the Federal Republic of Germany on August 7, 1979. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of the wrongful sale of cocaine, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. His general court-martial composed of members sentenced him to a bad-conduct discharge, 9 months’ confinement at hard labor, forfeiture of all pay and allowances and reduction to E-l.
