BECKER, Judge:

Contrary to the appellant’s pleas, members convicted him of rape, wrongful appropriation, aggravated assault, and communicating a threat, in violation of Articles 120, 121,128, and 134, respectively.1 Appellant was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 10 years, forfeiture of $250 per month for 10 years, and reduction to E-l. The victim of the rape, assault, and threat was the appellant’s former girlfriend, AGW. The subject of the wrongful appropriation was a pistol owned by a Senior Airman Barossa.
