On May 26,1995, plaintiff filed a motion to compel (Doc. 55-56). A response was filed on July 18,1995 (Doc. 65-66). No reply brief was filed.
*11In their response, defendant asserts that plaintiffs counsel has failed to make a reasonable effort to confer with opposing counsel prior to filing the motion, as is required under Fed.R.Civ.P. 37(a)(2)(B) and D.Kan.Rule 210(j).
