The court has under consideration the following three motions:

*6231. Motion for a Mental Examination Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 35 (doc. 31);

2. Plaintiffs Motion for Protective Order (doc. 37); and

3. Plaintiffs Motion to Quash Subpoena (doc. 39).

All motions are opposed.
