The plaintiffs, husband and wife, instituted this action to recover damages for severe personal injuries sustained by the wife, and for consequential damage to the husband, occasioned by the plaintiff wife being struck by a motor-truck owned by the defendant bakery and operated by its employee, the defendant Harry. B. Way. The case was tried by a jury, which rendered a verdict for the plaintiffs in the sum of $10,750.
