The plaintiff in this action was injured in a collision between a passenger automobile, in which he was riding as a guest of the appellant, and an autotruck, driven by W. Barlow and owned by William McDermott. The collision occurred at the intersection of B and Third Streets in the town of Davis, Yolo County, in this state. B Street runs north and south and is intersected practically at right angles by Third Street, which runs east and west.
