RANDALL, Judge.

This appeal is from a grant of summary judgment to respondents First National Bank of Grand Forks (First Bank), Massee, Leonard & Lindquist (ML & L) and the estate of Edgar Massee (Massee). Appellants sued ML & L and Massee 1 for legal malpractice, and First Bank for breach of fiduciary duty by a personal representative.
