This matter is before the court on the motion of defendant General Electric Capital Corporation (“GECC”) for summary judgment on plaintiffs’ claims for tortious interference with contractual relations, tortious interference with prospective business relations, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and the duty of good faith and fair dealing and Waldorf’s damages claims.
