MEMORANDUM OPINION
WALTON, District Judge.
The complaint in this matter seeks monetary damages for the plaintiffs termination by the defendants and asserts claims of wrongful discharge; negligent hiring, supervision and retention; and tor-tious interference with contractual relations. This matter is currently before the Court on the defendants’ motion for summary judgment and a bill of costs submitted by the defendants in response to the imposition of sanctions on plaintiffs counsel by the Court.
