Plaintiff, L. J Rees, on April 23. 1920, by filing his petition, sues defendant Albert S. Rupard upon an oral contract, made and entered into on or about the 1st day of September, 1919, where he claimed that Albert S. Rupard agreed to purchase, and he agreed to sell, hotel property and the lots upon which it is located, described as the south 25 feet of fhe north half and the north 25 feet of the south half, all on lot 2, in block 27, in the city of Bartlesville, Okla., together with all buildings and improvements thereon, for which the defendant Albert S. Rupard agreed…
