On the petition of the ap-pellee, Glen Park Company, the judge of the Fifty-Fifth judicial district of Harris county, in chambers, granted a temporary injunction, the nature and purpose of which will hereinafter more fully appear.

Plaintiff in its petition alleged, in substance:

“(1) That about 1906 the Houston Electric Company was desirous of extending its Montgomery Avenue line westwardly across a branch of White Oak bayou to connect with another of its lines known as the Houston Avenue line.
