1Opinion of the CourtLane, J.
Eastwood addition, an addition to .the city of Houston, and which is within the corporate limits of said city, was laid out and platted by its promoters. A map of such plat was duly placed of record, on or about the 31st day of January, 1913. Attached to this plat was a recital of certain restrictions which should apply to all lots in said addition, among which was that none • of the lots should be improved, used, or occupied at any time within 25 years for other than residential purposes.
