having stated the case, delivered-the opinion of the court.

The first question presented for our consideration is whether the pleadings and proofs exhibited a proper case for an injunction upon the defendants, Ripley and Barnes, against disturbing the complainants in their right to take possession, occupy, and use the property entered upon by-the said defendants, and against continuing the occupation which they had commenced of the quarries and other property, real and personal, of the company.
