REESE, Associate Justice.

This is an appeal from an order, in chambers, of the judge of the Fifty-eighth Judicial District, granting an injunction against appellants at the suit of appellees. The petition was filed May 14, 1909, upon which the injunction prayed for was on the same day granted without notice. On May 17th defendants filed their answer under oath, upon which they predicated a motion to dissolve the injunction. Thereupon plaintiffs, on May 25th, filed their first supplemental and first amended petitions. The motion to dissolve coming on to he heard, on May 27tli, was overruled.…
