Appellee sued appellant in the court below for divorce and certain equitable relief pending trial. Omitting formalities, the petition, in substance, alleges that parties were married November 27, 1900, and lived together until April 8, 1918. To them were born seven children, the eldest 15 years of age, and the youngest 4 years. During marriage appellee demeaned herself with propriety, managed their household affairs with prudence and economy, and at all times was kind and forbearing towards her husband.
