This is an appeal by John L. Lasker from an order denying his petition filed under sections 10600 to 10607, inclusive, of the Health and Safety Code for the judicial establishment of the fact of his birth.

We have been furnished with a clerk’s transcript which contains a petition for order establishing birth, notice of hearing of the petition, affidavits of publication and service, and two minute orders, one showing that the matter came on for hearing, that John L.
