Defendant appeals from a judgment of department 33 of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County which modifies the interlocutory decree of divorce rendered in department 21 of the same court by Judge Bullock. He grounds his appeal on the insufficiency of the findings to support the judgment and the insufficiency of the evidence to support the findings.
