Defendant appeals 1 from an adverse judgment entered by the district court following a jury trial of Plaintiffs’ claims of fraud and breach of contract arising out of Defendant’s limited representation of Plaintiffs in certain Tax Court proceedings. The jury returned a verdict for Plaintiffs on both claims and awarded them $200,000 in compensatory damages and another $130,000 in punitive damages. R.Yol. II tab 182.
