Plaintiff-appellant Susan R. Wexner appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Vincent L. Broderick, Judge) dismissing her amended complaint against defendants-appellees First Manhattan Co. (“First Manhattan”), John R. Loomis and Joseph Stein, Jr., pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 9(b).
