Defendant appeals his conviction of failure to perform the duties of a driver wh en property is damaged in a motor vehicle accident. ORS 811.700. Following defendant’s guilty plea, the trial court suspended imposition of sentence and placed defendant on probation. As conditions of his probation, the trial court ordered that the defendant pay $2,000 in restitution and a $350 compensatory fine to the victim.
