The plaintiff-appellant, Edith White, appeals from the final judgment of the Superior Court granting the motion to dismiss of the defendant-appellee, Liberty Insurance Corp. (“Liberty”). White contends that the Superior Court erred when it granted Liberty’s motion to dismiss her complaint.
