PARKER, Judge.

In regard to plaintiffs’ first claim for relief, being the claim to recover damages for breach of agreements under which defendants leased spaces in the park to several plaintiffs, the court announced at the close of the evidence that it would “grant the motion of the plaintiffs for a directed verdict in regard to the breach of lease as to each of the plaintiffs from the period of October 7, 1974, to October 7, 1977, and submit to the jury the issue of how much damages, if any, is each of the plaintiffs entitled to recover therefor.” Consistent with the ruling, the court…
